Class	Requirements
DESL specification	Validates against `$defs/Specification` and passes the checks of section 10.1 without errors.
Validator	Implements section 10.1 and reports problems with JSON Pointers.
Host	Reads a DESL specification, opens its documents through FBL as a declared host of the bindings' families (FBL section 15.1), keeps the constraints of section 6, lays out the surface of section 7 for each `kind` it supports (`table`, (DESL 0.2) `hierarchy`), runs the operations of section 8 as the transactions of section 10.3, and reads every DED definition of the type (DED section 4). It states which kinds it supports; a document of a kind it does not support opens read-only, if at all, with the reason.
