What it is for

Free-form diagrams in draw.io's file format: flowcharts, activity diagrams, swimlanes and UML sketches. Implemented in the IntelliJ plug-in (etalii.adp.ide.intellij docs/diagrams.md).

Why a specialized view helps

A .drawio file is unreadable XML as text; a tool in the IDE lets it be edited next to the code it describes while everything it does not show is kept, so the file still opens in draw.io.

What is visible: The draw.io diagram in its tab: the three thread swimlanes with their activities, the `queue empty` decision with its `yes`/`no` branches and the red bar; the ADP Toolbox on the right listing the Elements (Rectangle to List) and Connections (Connector). Nothing selected.

Why it matters: An activity diagram with its swimlanes, activities and decisions opens from its .drawio file inside IntelliJ, so a diagram kept in the repository can be read and changed without leaving the IDE, and the file still opens in draw.io.

Why it matters: A cross-functional flowchart keeps its pool, lanes, process boxes and decisions when opened in IntelliJ, which shows the diagram handles draw.io's containers as well as its shapes.
